Ordering & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays). Most UK deliveries arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link once shipped.
Not yet — we currently deliver within the UK only.
You’ll receive a dispatch email (with tracking where available). Tracking can take several hours to update after your parcel leaves us.
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately via the Contact page. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is confirmed; we’re unable to redirect parcels after dispatch.
If a parcel returns to us because it wasn’t collected or the address was incomplete, we’ll refund the item(s) less the original delivery cost, or we can re‑ship after collecting the additional delivery fee.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return address and instructions. Package your item securely, post it back, and keep your proof of postage. Go to our returns page for more info.
- Legal right to cancel (online orders): 14 days from the day after delivery.
- Our goodwill returns window: We also accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery (see Return & Refund Policy for conditions).
Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank/card provider may take an extra 3–5 working days to show the credit.
We can arrange exchanges subject to stock. If the requested size/colour isn’t available, please return for a refund and place a new order (often the fastest option).
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll replace or refund and cover reasonable return postage. See our returns page for more info.
Sale/markdown items are not eligible for change‑of‑mind returns. If an item is faulty, your statutory rights apply and we’ll sort it.
Payments & Discounts
Major cards via Shopify Payments/Stripe and PayPal. Charges are in GBP (Great British Pounds).
Only one code per order unless stated otherwise. Discount terms may vary by promotion.
Products & Stock
Restocks vary by style and season. If a product is marked Sold Out, follow us on socials or check back for updates.
We try our best, but colours can vary by screen and device settings.
