Overview
This website is operated by DCPLYN Limited (“DCPLYN”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with the policies referenced here (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted on Shopify.
1) Using our store
You must be the age of majority in your place of residence (or have parental consent) to use the Services. You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. A breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
2) Accounts & security
You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping account credentials secure. You must not transfer or license your account to anyone else.
3) Prices, currency & changes
Prices are shown and charged in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. Taxes, delivery and other charges are shown at checkout where applicable.
4) Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors). If we change or cancel an order, we’ll try to notify you using the details provided at checkout. Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
5) Products & descriptions
We try to display product colours and details accurately, but displays may vary by device/settings. Descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities per person/household/order and restrict sales by region where needed.
6) Delivery
Estimated delivery windows are guidance only. We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control, but we’ll support reasonable remedies.
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address/person you specify (or when you collect), not when handed to the carrier (unless you arrange your own carrier). Title passes when we receive full payment. See Delivery Policy for details.
7) Right to cancel (UK consumers)
If you are a UK consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned in their original condition.
- To cancel, follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy within the stated timeframe.
- Exclusions may apply where permitted by law (e.g., hygiene reasons, personalised items). Your statutory rights are unaffected.
8) Discount codes
One code per order unless stated; codes aren’t redeemable for cash and cannot be applied retroactively. If misused, we may decline or cancel orders that rely on an ineligible code. Expired codes won’t be re‑issued unless required by law.
9) Availability & stock
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you about alternatives or a refund. Some releases may be limited; restock timing can vary. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
10) Billing & account information
We may refuse any order or limit/cancel quantities at our discretion. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update details (e.g., address, payment method) so we can complete your transactions.
11) Optional tools & new features
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. New features/services released in future will be subject to these Terms.
12) Third-party links
Third-party sites or materials linked from our Services are not under our control. We’re not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Review thirdparty terms before engaging or purchasing.
13) User content (reviews & submissions)
If you submit content (e.g., reviews, suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, publish and display it in any medium for operating, improving and promoting the Services. You confirm you own/have rights to the content and it doesn’t infringe others’ rights or contain unlawful/offensive material. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
14) Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics, images, video, audio and overall look-and-feel of the Services are owned by DCPLYN or our licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. No licence is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
15) Personal information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
16) Errors, inaccuracies & omissions
From time to time, information on the site may contain typographical errors or omissions (e.g., descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges, transit times, availability). We may correct/update/cancel orders if any information is inaccurate—without prior notice—where permitted by law.
17) Prohibited uses
You must not use the Services: (a) unlawfully; (b) to infringe IP rights; (c) to harass/abuse/defame others; (d) to submit false or misleading information; (e) to transmit malware; (f) to collect or track others’ personal information; (g) to spam/phish/scrape; (h) to interfere with security features; or (i) in a way that restricts others’ use of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this section.
18) Warranties & liability (UK)
The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” except where expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory rights under consumer law. Subject to the foregoing, we will not be liable for: (i) loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; (ii) business interruption; (iii) loss of anticipated savings; (iv) loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; (v) indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
19) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DCPLYN, our officers, directors, employees and service providers harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law/third‑party rights.
20) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. The affected provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable.
21) Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate access at any time (e.g., for breach). Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination.
22) Entire agreement; no waiver
These Terms and policies referenced here constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.
23) Governing law
These Terms and any disputes or claims (non-contractual included) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
24) Changes to these Terms
You can review the most current version of these Terms on this page. We may update them from time to time. Where required by law, we’ll notify you of material changes and indicate the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
